ORDERS & SHIPPING

All quoted prices are in United States Dollars (US$).
Online orders are shipped prepaid and charged via UPS®. The UPS® online shipping method contact UPS® official web site to calculate freight charges based on your chosen option. Freight charges are then added to the order.
On orders less than $50.00 (before freight), a handling charge of $10.00 will be automatically added to the shipping cost.
International (and non continental U.S. States) customers are responsible for all taxes, customs and duty charges (if any).
A printed invoices will be sent in box (not mailed) with product shipment.
SAF-T-LOK will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to use of its products. SAF-T-LOK reserves the right to cancel orders.

RETURN POLICY

Any return must be approved by SAF-T-LOK and a RGA number issued before return.
Claims must be made against the carrier at the time of delivery for loss or damage in transit.
Product may be returned if approval is issued by SAF-T-LOK subject to a 15% restocking charge.

WARRANTY

SAF-T-LOK warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, service and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment unless a lesser period of time is specified on the labeling of the product.
SAF-T-LOK will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to use of its products.
